The President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, General of the Army Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting of the State Security Council, where the results of the work of the military and law enforcement agencies for two months of the current year were summed up, and issues of ensuring security and tranquility in our independent state, strengthening the material and technical base of law enforcement agencies, and further improving their activities were considered.

The Secretary of the State Security Council, Minister of Defense B. Gundogdyyev reported on measures to strengthen the country's defense capability, introduce digital technologies and improve service conditions. Summarizing the report, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized the importance of continuing work to equip the army with modern equipment and improve the professionalism of military personnel.

The Prosecutor General B. Muhamedov reported on supervision of law enforcement, strengthening the material base of the prosecutor's office and digitalization. After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of systematic control over the rule of law and addressed a number of instructions to the Prosecutor General.

Minister of Internal Affairs M. Hydyrov reported on measures to prevent road accidents, ensure fire safety and maintain law and order. After hearing the report, the President of Turkmenistan focused on the introduction of digital technologies and instructed to strengthen the prevention of offenses.

Chairman of the Supreme Court B. Hojamgulyyev reported on the results of work for two months, the introduction of a digital system, practical steps taken to improve the efficiency of legal proceedings, and strengthen human resources. After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the document "On the appointment and dismissal of judges of the courts of Turkmenistan and assigning them qualification classes" and emphasized the importance of proper control over compliance with the law and order.

Minister of National Security N. Atagarayev reported on the work carried out during the specified period and the steps taken to maintain peace and tranquility in the Fatherland. After hearing the report, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized the importance of continuous improvement of the ongoing work to reliably ensure the national security of the country, addressing a number of instructions to the head of the Ministry.

The head of the State Border Service Y. Nuryyev reported on the practical measures taken to properly protect the sacred borders of the Fatherland, strengthen the material and technical base of the Border Troops, improve the professional skills of officers and patriotic education of young border guards. Summarizing the report, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country noted that the border of independent neutral Turkmenistan is a stronghold of friendly relations with neighboring states and gave a number of instructions to the head of the Service.

Minister of Justice M. Taganov reported on the preparation of relevant proposals for the modernization of national law enforcement practices, as well as the introduction of a digital system in structural divisions. After hearing the report, the head of state identified further improvement of rulemaking as one of the key vectors of the upcoming work. At the same time, it is important to study the best practices of foreign countries in this area, the President of Turkmenistan noted.

Chairman of the State Customs Service M. Hudaykuliyev reported on the practical steps taken to technically re-equip the units and ensure their coordinated activities. After hearing the report, the President of Turkmenistan emphasized that, given the modernization of the material and technical base of the department, special advanced training courses for military personnel should be systematically conducted.

Chairman of the State Migration Service A. Sazakov reported on the measures taken over two months to successfully solve the problems. As part of the work carried out to create opportunities for the fruitful activities of employees, the opening of modern facilities took place during the specified period. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the organization, in accordance with the requirements of the time of work of this department, requires a constant increase in the level of professionalism of employees. In this regard, the head of state ordered to continue to exercise proper control over the migration situation in the country.

Summing up the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that in accordance with the Military Doctrine of Turkmenistan, measures are being taken to maintain military security and the integrity of the independent, permanently neutral Fatherland at the proper level.
