On the occasion of the Caspian Sea Day, which is celebrated on August 12, a conference called "Protection of the marine environment of the Caspian Sea" was held in the conference hall of the "Charlak" hotel under the organization of the "Turkmendenizderyayollary" agency. As noted in the report, the meeting was attended by the officials of the State Administration of Control of Shipping in Turkmenistan under the Agency, representatives of the Turkmenbashi City Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, and the Caspian Environmental Control Service of the city of Turkmenbashi.

The participants of the meeting spoke about the great work of the President of Turkmenistan in the field of safe protection of the environment of the Caspian Sea, ensuring environmental security and sustainable development, and preserving the achievements of the state's environmental policy in this area. They also proudly noted that Turkmenbashi International Seaport has received the "Green Port" certificate.

During the meeting, the participants of the event expressed their appreciation to the President of Turkmenistan for his tireless efforts towards the country's development and bright future.
