In Turkmenistan, the names of the winners of the creative competition among youth “The Fount of the Mind of Magtymguly Fragi”, held as part of the competition for the President of Turkmenistan Türkmeniň Altyn asyry award, have become known.

The decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered that the following citizens be declared winners of the competition, awarded them with a gold chain of the President of Turkmenistan and a cash prize:
