A proof copy of the biology textbook for sixth grades (plants) for specialized schools of Turkmenistan with in-depth study of subjects has been published. This was reported by "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

In such schools, biology is allocated three hours a week, while in ordinary academic institutions, two hours are allocated for this subject.

The new book includes revised material from previous editions. The text material is accompanied by photo illustrations and drawings.

In general, several such textbooks were prepared for publication in the Turkmen language from 2016 to 2019, including a botany reference book for medical vocational schools under the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, general biology for ninth-graders, biology (plants) for fifth and sixth grades of secondary schools.

The books were published on the basis of the Turkmen State Publishing Service of Turkmenistan in hardcover on coated paper, the source notes.
