Starting October 1, Turkmenistan Airlines will reduce the number of daily flights between Ashgabat and Turkmenbashi from three to two, according to an announcement on the airline’s official website.
Flight schedules on other domestic routes remain unchanged: Ashgabat–Balkanabat and Ashgabat–Dashoguz will continue to operate five times per week, Ashgabat–Turkmenabat six times per week, Ashgabat–Mary three times, and Ashgabat–Kerki twice per week.
Direct regional connections will also continue. Dashoguz will remain connected with Balkanabat, Turkmenabat, and Mary. Turkmenabat will maintain service with Balkanabat and Mary, and Kerki will continue flights to Balkanabat.
Founded in 1992, Turkmenistan Airlines is the national carrier of Turkmenistan. The airline operates both domestic and international flights, connecting the country with major cities in Europe, Asia, the CIS, and the Middle East.
The airline’s fleet primarily consists of modern Boeing and Airbus aircraft, including models configured for cargo transport.
