Under your leadership, in the year "Ocean of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy", Turkmen science reaches new stages of development. State work is being carried out to strengthen the foundation of the scientific system in our Motherland, to constantly modernize it, to create a digital economy based on high technologies and basic theoretical sciences. The scientific reforms that are successfully implemented with your initiatives become the priority direction of the state policy, the main condition for the rapid social and economic development of the country, and the cultural and spiritual improvement of our society. Training highly qualified young people with innovative thinking ability, broad outlook and professional enthusiasm is the main goal of the important tasks facing the scientific and educational community of our country in our new historical period.

In accordance with your decision, the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan will be granted the status of an international science and technology park, the awarding ceremony for the winners of the scientific work contest among young people on the occasion of the Day of Science, entitled "Science, technology and innovative technologies during the revival of the new era of the stable state" The holding of the international scientific conference will contribute to the technological development of the country's industry, the strengthening of international cooperation and the advancement of joint projects, scientific research, and the training of highly qualified young people.

Under your leadership, scientific studies on the development of various fields are successfully conducted in the research institutes of the Academy of Sciences and the International Science and Technology Park. Scientists are engaged in scientific research in agriculture, medicine, pharmaceutical and food industry, molecular biology, genetics, bioengineering, and biomedicine. Work on strengthening and modernization of the scientific system in our country is constantly being carried out. A perfect legislative framework of the scientific and educational system has been created in the country, "On the legal status of the scientist", "On the state scientific and technical policy", "On science and technology parks", "On scientific institutions", "On innovation work", "Scientific intellectual Laws of Turkmenistan on ownership" were adopted.

International relations on cooperation in the field of science are also constantly being developed. Directing its scientific and educational potential to strengthening peace and friendship, Turkmenistan continuously strengthens scientific, technical, innovative-technological cooperation with prestigious international organizations and scientific centers of foreign countries. By introducing world standards into the scientific system, our independent country develops cooperation with the United Nations Organization and the European Union in the humanitarian sector. Turkmenistan conducts joint activities with the United Nations Children's Fund, the People's Fund, the Development Program, the Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

In the study of the glorious history of the Turkmen people, along with the material values, the cultural and spiritual values ​​of the people serve as an inexhaustible source. In our new historical period, especially in the year when the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Pyragy is being celebrated together with the world community, the culture, language, literature, art, history and national heritage of our people, which have improved over centuries, are thoroughly studied from a scientific point of view. Among the fruitful activities carried out in the study of Turkmen literature, the development of Magtymguly's creative heritage, the scientific in-depth study of various aspects of his literary world, and the translation of the poet's poems into different languages ​​are proud.
