A new restaurant Sahra has opened its doors in the Avaza National Tourist Zone. Launched ahead of the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, the establishment has already attracted its first guests thanks to its prime location on the first coastline.
The restaurant’s concept is built on a fusion of Eastern and European culinary traditions. A team of professional chefs has crafted a signature menu featuring classic Eastern dishes—such as palov and meat delicacies—alongside European options designed for discerning gourmets. The cuisine emphasizes fresh local ingredients complemented by high-quality imported products.
The interior design combines modern solutions with natural motifs, dominated by warm tones that harmonize beautifully with the seaside landscape view through windows.
Sahra welcomes guests daily. Reservations can be made in advance by calling +993 71 185185, +993 71 285285, or via their Instagram page @sahra_awaza.
