Skilled tenant farmers in Turkmenistan have delivered more than 1 million tons of white wheat to the national harvest, as reported by Turkmenistan’s state news agency Sunday.
The harvesting season is in full swing across the country’s white wheat fields. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of tenant farmers, machine operators, and drivers, the volume of crops added to the national harvest continues to steadily increase.
Comprehensive efforts are also underway in Turkmenistan to increase crop yields and develop scientifically based farming practices. The continuous purchase of advanced agricultural machinery from leading global manufacturers, provision of mineral fertilizers and high-quality seeds to farmers, and timely payments for delivered crops motivate tenant farmers to achieve greater success.
With round-the-clock work during the harvest, thousands of tons of white wheat are delivered daily to collection points. Payments for the delivered harvest are made on time.
