The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) recorded transactions totaling $32.994 million during the first week of June, according to an SCRMET report published on Monday.
Business representatives from the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Afghanistan, and Uzbekistan purchased road bitumen produced by the Türkmennebit State Concern, as well as liquefied gas supplied by the Türkmennebit, Türkmengaz, and Türkmenhimiýa concerns.
Traders from the UAE, Türkiýe, and Uzbekistan also bought flannel products, Portland cement, and concentrated licorice root extract.
On the domestic market, Turkmen entrepreneurs signed deals worth over 78.158 million manats, purchasing dyed and jacquard terry fabrics, cotton yarn, linter, polypropylene, base oil, road bitumen, packaging film produced by Türkmennebit, and carbon black manufactured by Türkmenhimiýa.
The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan registered 44 transactions last week.
