The Aýdyň Gijeler Economic Society showcased its newly developed solar-powered streetlights for the first time at the 24th “White City Ashgabat” International Exhibition, as reported by Turkmenistan's state news agency on Sunday.

Alongside the streetlights, the company also presented a range of products essential for urban infrastructure, including cables, lighting systems, and road barriers.

During the event, “Aýdyň Gijeler” signed a bilateral agreement with leading companies from the People’s Republic of China to establish strategic cooperation from 2025 through 2030.

According to the report, the agreements mark a major step toward strengthening Turkmenistan’s domestic electronics industry and advancing the country’s goals for modernization and technological independence.

Founded in 2016 with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Turkmenistan, Aýdyň Gijeler is one of the country’s pioneering companies in the production of electrical and electronic products.
