The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan has announced an auction for the sale of 28 state properties.
On Wednesday, the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan published the list of state assets available for privatization. The auction is set for June 18, 2025, on the digital platform for state property trading and through the mobile application of this platform.
The auction will feature several significant assets, including a brick production facility in Hendekli village, Berzen Gengeshlik of Dyanew District in Lebap velayat, covering 3,967 square meters; the Döwrebap shopping and entertainment center 8,800 square meter; a two-story commercial building in Lebap velayat; and a pipe manufacturing plant in Dashoguz velayat with a total area of 6,400 square meters.
Additionally, the auction will include service industry properties, such as shops, cafes, canteens, administrative buildings, and production facilities.
Citizens of Turkmenistan and foreign nationals, as well as non-state legal entities from Turkmenistan and other countries, can participate in the auction according to established legislation.
The Department of Property Relations and Entrepreneurship Support of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, along with relevant departments in the regions and Ashgabat, will provide consultations about the participation process and additional information regarding the privatization assets.
