Turkmenistan is taking part in the Russia Halal Expo, held as part of the 16th International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum,” which runs from May 14 to 16 at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. This year, the forum has brought together participants from 103 countries.

Russia Halal Expo is the largest platform in Russia for presenting investment and infrastructure projects, as well as initiatives in the Islamic economy. The exhibition features B2B projects, Islamic finance, engineering, products from small and medium-sized businesses, as well as international and regional pavilions, according to the event’s official website.

The “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum” is considered a key event for strengthening economic ties between the Russian Federation and member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. Turkmenistan’s participation highlights its commitment to expanding international trade and economic cooperation, particularly in the halal products and industry sectors.

The forum platform offers participants broad opportunities to establish partnerships, promote business projects, and explore new markets.
