On April 24, 2025, a videoconference meeting on cyber security was held between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the State of Qatar. This is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The participants of the meeting exchanged opinions on issues of establishing bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the field of cyber security and digital systems.

During the meeting, the Qatari side emphasized its greater interest in the participation of representatives of Turkmenistan in international events and training courses held in the country. The parties agreed to continue the exchange of experience in this area.
