Additional agreements include plans for the construction of a urea plant in Kiyanly and the major overhaul of the Kiyanly polymer plant, with the participation of Japanese companies Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. and Toyo Engineering Corporation.

In addition to these agreements, memorandums of understanding and cooperation were signed between various Turkmen and Japanese institutions, including the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan and the Engineering and Technology University, to boost cooperation in education and technological innovation.

According to the report, the newly signed agreements aim to further deepen bilateral relations, promoting joint initiatives in energy, innovation, construction, and education.
