World leaders sent congratulatory messages to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the Novruz holiday, as reported by the official media of Turkmenistan on Tuesday.

High-ranking officials who sent messages included Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China; Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Alexander Lukashenko, Presidents of Turkey and Belarus; Mahmoud Abbas, President of Palestine; Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council of China; Evgenia Gutsul, head of Gagauzia; and Binali Yıldırım, Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Turkic States Organization.
