Considering the great merits of our women in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state in implementing transformations for the prosperity of the country, in nurturing a healthy and inspired generation devoted to the Motherland, in order to continue the noble traditions of our ancestors in honoring beloved mothers and dear sisters, as well as in fulfillment of the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 1152 "On awarding monetary gifts to women of our country on the occasion of International Women's Day" dated February 27, 2019, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Decree.

The document mandates that in the period of March 1-6, 2025, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, on the occasion of International Women's Day, monetary gifts in the amount of 60 (sixty) manats be presented in a solemn atmosphere to women and girls working in enterprises, institutions, and organizations regardless of ownership, as well as those receiving pensions and state benefits, those studying in postgraduate programs, doctoral programs, and clinical residency with full-time attendance, students of courses at the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan with a study period of at least two years, students, schoolgirls, and pupils of preschool institutions.
