Collection of Makhtumkuli's poems in Armenian presented in Turkmenistan

A presentation of a collection of poems by the classic of Turkmen literature Makhtumkuli Fragi, translated into Armenian, was held in Turkmenistan. The event was held on October 12 at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the participation of Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan and representatives of the Turkmen side, TDH reports.

The presentation of the collection became a significant event in the cultural life of both countries, emphasizing the importance of Makhtumkuli's creative heritage for world literature. The participants noted that Fragi's poetry, which promotes the universal values ​​of peace, brotherhood and humanism, serves as a bridge for the mutual enrichment of cultures and the strengthening of friendly relations between peoples.

The event was accompanied by an exhibition of works of Turkmen fine and decorative arts, as well as a musical program, which gave the event a special flavor.

The day before, on October 11, an International Forum chaired by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was held in Turkmenistan, the purpose of which was to popularize the works of Magtymguly Fragi.
