The President of Turkmenistan signed the relevant Resolution. According to the document, these citizens of the country chanted "Chalsana, bakshi!" the winners of the competition were announced and each winner was awarded with a gold chain of the President of Turkmenistan:

Mehri Agayusupovna Hommetnazarova, head teacher of the 4th Children's Art School of the Ashgabat City Department of Culture;

Bayramgeldi Yazgeldievich Atadurdyev, a teacher at the special boarding school of music at the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulyeva;

Bakhtyar Allaberdiyevich Tachdurdyev, teacher of music teaching department of Arkadag city special art school named after Sahi Jepbarov;

Jumaguly Nurmyrat's son Atayev, the assistant teacher of Arkadag City Children's Art School named after Shukur Bagshi;

Gulbahar Allamiradovna Bagshiyeva, teacher of the art department of the Ahal Velayat Special Art School;

Gurbanmyrat Ashirmuhammedovich Hojamguliyev, a conscripted military officer of the 1001st military unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan named after Malikguly Berdimuhamedov;

Sahydursun Aydogdiyevna Matiyeva, teacher of the national musical instrument department of the Turkmenbashi City Children's Art School of Balkan Velayat;

Davit Tutmyradovich Gulbaev, 4th year student of the Turkmen national musical instrument department of the Balkan Region Special Art School;

World beauty Berdibaevna Gutlyeva, 3rd year student of the field of animal husbandry at the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulyeva;

Kakayev, son of Bezirgen Merdan, a military serviceman;

Halmyradova, daughter of Akjemal Aganiyaz, a 5th-year student of animal husbandry at the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulyeva;

Mergen Arslanguliyevych Asdanov, an artistic enthusiast of the Halach etrap culture center of the Lebap Velayat Culture Department;

Kerim Tachmuradovich Pirnepesov, a 3rd-year student of the field of animal husbandry at the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulyeva;

Khabat Tirkisovich Chopanov is the music director of Kelteler village culture house in the district council of Mary etrap culture department of Mary province.

As reported by TDH, the document aims to develop the national folk song and musical art of the Turkmen people during the revival of the new epoch of the stable state, to enrich it with excellent music, to praise the great developments of the great era, the happy and prosperous life of the people, to reveal talented musicians and "Chalsana, bakshy!" held within the framework of the competition to receive the award of the President of Turkmenistan "Altyn Assyri of Turkmen" in the year "Ocean of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy" on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence. It was adopted in order to reward the musicians who successfully performed in the competition and distinguished themselves with their performance.
