Priority areas of cooperation between law enforcement agencies within the CIS, strengthening interstate information communication in the fight against cybercrime, and implementation of specialized interstate programs were discussed at the Mejlis.
The importance of joint fight against transnational organized crime, extremism, armed trafficking and money laundering was emphasized.
At the meeting, the Turkmen representative spoke about Turkmenistan's priorities in solving important issues of the regional and international agenda through peaceful means and friendly diplomatic methods.
