Young teachers from Turkmenistan take part in an international project in Nizhny Novgorod

Representatives of Turkmenistan were among the participants in the innovative international project “Summer Institute for Young Teachers and Researchers”, which started at the Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University named after N. A. Dobrolyubova. The Turkmen delegation is represented by a 3rd year student of the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages Arslan Mamedov and a teacher of the Joint Turkmen-Russian secondary school named after A.S. Pushkin Aman Rozyev.

The project brought together 25 young scientific and pedagogical workers under the age of 35 from 11 countries. In addition to Turkmenistan, specialists from China, Uzbekistan, India, Argentina, Kazakhstan, Armenia and other countries are participating.

As the press service of the Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University reported, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Dmitry Afanasyev, opening the event, emphasized the importance of creating conditions for the professional growth of young scientists and expressed confidence that Russia will become a country of opportunities for participants.

Rector of NSLU named after N. A. Dobrolyubova, Professor Zhanna Nikonova, welcoming the guests, noted the importance of the project for strengthening international relations and developing the export of Russian socio-humanitarian education.

A rich program has been prepared for the Turkmen participants, as well as for other guests, including the educational module “Information Society and Social Communications”, cultural events and introduction to the Russian educational and innovation environment.

The participation of Turkmen specialists in the “Summer Institute” helps to strengthen scientific and educational ties between Turkmenistan and Russia, opening up new opportunities for the exchange of experience and the development of cooperation in the field of education and science.
