As noted in the news, cotton landowners of the northern province aim to harvest 275 thousand tons of cotton this year from 140 thousand hectares of cotton. More than 2,000 different types of tractors are successfully used in agricultural work. Organized technical service has a positive effect on the regular harvest of cotton.

In the Shabat, Gorogly, Akdepe districts of the region, the pace of carrying out the treatment of rows, which are the main conditions for the harvest, and watering the growing cotton, is increasing day by day. Akdepe is considered the district with the highest cotton yield. Here, with the noble labor of brave cotton farmers, seeds were sown on 32 thousand hectares of land and a good harvest was obtained. It is planned to produce 61 thousand 100 tons of cotton in the region this year.

More than 300 treatment tractors are working without interruption in the fields of more than 20 farmers' associations and 200 farms in the region.

The tenants of the agricultural joint-stock company named after S. Rozmetov of Shabat etrap of the province aim to harvest 14 thousand 600 tons of cotton from 7 thousand 300 hectares of cotton. Time-honored principles of farming are carried out in harmony with the innovative methods of today.
