In the first half of this year, steady progress was achieved in the industrial sector. According to the report, 4163.7 thousand tons of oil were extracted.
Compared to the corresponding period of 2023, production of petroleum bitumen increased by 13.2 percent, and fuel oil by 31.7 percent.
As previously reported, the amount of natural gas production in Turkmenistan at the end of 2023 was 80.6 billion cubic meters.
