First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, my brother Kasym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokaev, for the friendship and hospitality extended to all the people of Kazakhstan to the Turkmen delegation and for the invitation to visit the neighboring country.

Indeed, Turkmen-Kazakh friendship, which goes back centuries, is even richer today. At any time, the Turkmen and Kazakh peoples, being the closest neighbors, are fraternal peoples who respect each other, maintain good neighborly relations, and follow the traditions of mutual understanding. The installation of the statue of Magtymguly Pyragy in Astana, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the year of the "Ocean of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy" on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the sage poet, shows that our friendship is eternal and indestructible.

I sincerely congratulate the Turkmen and Kazakh peoples, writers-poets, and all people who respect the artistic word with the unveiling of the statue of the great thinker. As friendship is praised in the poems of our grandfather Magtymguly, we are at the top of a mountain, with our closeness and our heart, we are starting great things, guided by our wonderful saying: "God is in the mouth."

In Turkmenistan, we declared 2024 as the year of the "Ocean of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy" in honor of the 300th anniversary of the birth of our master of words. Recently, we held the opening ceremony of the "Magtymguly Pyragy" cultural-park complex and the poet's monument, as well as the statues of prominent personalities of dozens of countries, in a beautiful corner of Ashgabat, on the foothills of the huge Kopetdag.

Turkmen and Kazakh peoples are connected by a long history of friendship. The installation of the statue of Kurmangazy Sagyrbayuli, one of the individuals who left a great mark on creativity, the composer, the singer who performed the national songs of the Kazakh people on the dombra musical instrument, in the "Magtymguly Pyragy" cultural-park complex in the capital shows that our cultural relations have roots stretching back to the layers of history. In the future, we are planning to install a statue of prominent Kazakh poet Abai Kunanbaev in Ashgabat. As you can see, this is a clear testimony of the great role of culture, music, poetry, and creativity in general in maintaining close and close relations at all times. Recently, the highly organized Days of Culture in the Republic of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan, held in the city of Astana, became a unique event in the further development of cultural relations between the two countries.

In the poems of our exemplary poet Magtymguly Pyragy, the wonderful emotions that arise in the human soul and calls for unity have been clearly expressed. He is a person who greatly contributed to the enrichment of not only the literature of the Turkmen people, but also the literature of the Turkish language. The rich literary heritage left by the great thinker to future generations has become a universal value today. Even today, Kazakh translators translate the poems of Magtymguly Pyragy into Kazakh and bring them to the readers, as well as Kazakh colleagues of the creative staff of "Turkmenfilm" association named after Oguz Khan, in different regions of Kazakhstan dedicated to the life and creativity of Magtymguly Pyragy, "My name fell on the year". I am especially proud to mention that they have made a documentary called.
