Representatives of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and OSCE President Pia Kauma held a bilateral meeting on June 30 on the sidelines of the 31st annual meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

The parties, noting the special importance of long-term and fruitful cooperation between Turkmenistan and the OSCE, emphasized the goals and objectives of the organization’s work in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres, as well as the importance of projects and programs implemented in these areas.

The objectives of the events held in Turkmenistan jointly with the OSCE were also discussed, according to the Mejlis website.
