I congratulate you from the bottom of my heart on the occasion of winning the contest "Oman of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy" announced among creative youth within the framework of the competition to receive the award of the President of Turkmenistan "Altyn Asyri of Turkmen". I wish you creative success in your efforts to thoroughly study the rich literary heritage of the great thinker and classical poet of the East, Magtymguly Pyragy, to praise his works of wisdom, and to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the master of words' birth.

The great reforms initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, our hero Arkadag, have transformed our independent and eternally neutral Motherland beyond recognition. These state affairs are being successfully continued today. During the Revival of the new era of stable state, great achievements have been made in all sectors of the country, and the living conditions of our people are constantly improving. Turkmenistan's initiatives aimed at strengthening global peace in the world and developing good relations between countries and peoples are widely supported by the international community. The cultural system has a special role in inspiring our citizens to do great things that benefit the country.

The deep-meaning works of Magtymguly Pyragy, the great thinker and classic poet of the East, have earned a rightful place in the treasury of universal values. Our wise poet lives forever in the hearts of people with his wonderful poems encouraging patriotism, unity, humanitarianism, and brotherhood. In the literature and art of the country, the works dedicated to Magtymguly Pyraga are of great importance in the in-depth study of the rich literary heritage of the great poet and spreading it to the public. Our famous writers-poets, artists, stage masters have created perfect works dedicated to Dana Pyra. Today, well-known folklorists of the country are doing great work in revealing the meaning of the valuable ideas presented in the poet's poems. In the works of our writers-poets, Magtymguly's life and creativity, literary heritage are described in many ways.

In the year of "Oman Magtymguly Pyragy" in the year "Magtymguly Pyragy" in the beautiful corner of Kopetdag, the ceremonial opening of the "Magtymguly Pyragy" cultural-park complex and the monument of our classic poet became a historical event in raising the glory of the great master of words.

We attach great importance to the creation of modern and perfect works by the creative workers of the country dedicated to Magtymguly Pyrag. The poem "Ocean of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy" by the National Leader of the Turkmen people inspired our writers-poets, singers, stage masters, and artists to the world of inspiration. Based on the valuable ideas expressed in this wonderful poem of our hero, as well as in order to encourage young people who are engaged in creativity, and to raise the respect of the wise poet even more, a contest called "Magtymguly Pyragy, the ocean of wisdom" was announced. Each of the works submitted to the competition for the award of the President of Turkmenistan "Altyn Asyri" of Turkmenistan fully proves that a new generation of creative youth is being formed in our country, and that young people are capable of creating perfect works dedicated to Magtymguly Pyrag.

In the year when the 300th anniversary of the birth of our great poet is widely celebrated, it has a special meaning that the winners of the competition called "Oman of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy" announced among the creative young people of the country are awarded in a solemn manner. We will continue to hold this creative competition in the future and create all the necessary conditions for our young people who are passionate about art to reveal their talents and abilities.
