I congratulate you from the bottom of my heart on the occasion of the opening of the Culture Week held in Arkadag in the year "Ocean of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy". I wish you good health, family well-being, and creative success.

Large-scale state programs are being successfully implemented in independent, eternally neutral Turkmenistan, which is growing rapidly during the Revival of the new epoch of a stable state. In the provinces of the country, in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, industrial-production complexes, buildings for cultural and life purposes, and modern residential buildings are constantly being built, and the standard of living of the people is increasing. The great reforms initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, our Hero, are being successfully continued in all sectors. "A country is only a country with its people!" A state is only a state with its people! The tasks arising from our principle are of great importance in ensuring the happy and prosperous life of the population and in the comprehensive and harmonious development of our country.

Dear citizens!

The Week of Culture, which has become a noble tradition, is organized in the form of a Turkmen national wedding in honor of Magtymguly Pyragy's Poetry Day, and is regularly held in the provinces of the country, in the city of Ashgabat. In the year when the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Pyragy, the great thinker and classical poet of the East is widely celebrated, it is of special significance that this wide-scale cultural forum will be held for the first time in the city of Arkadag, built according to the "smart" city concept. The city of Arkadag, formed from the wisdom of our dear Arkadag, and his great love for our people and the Motherland, is a city of happiness, prosperity, and harmonious development. The city of Arkadag is a model city of state stability and national unity, which was dreamed of by Dana Pyragy in his poems.

Dear culture and artists!

In the city of Arkadag, which is famous for its reputation, there is a library named after Doveletmammammet Azadi, a state equestrian circus named after Gorogly, a state drama theater named after Aman Gulmammedov, a museum of historical and national studies, a special art school named after Sahy Jepbarov, and a children's art school named after Shukur Bagshi. Modern buildings of several cultural and educational institutions were built. These buildings, which are very important in the development and improvement of our national culture and art, impress visitors to the "smart" city. The events that will be held during the Culture Week in Arkadag city will once again widely reveal that all opportunities have been created for the development of culture and art in this wonderful area.

Today, we are paying special attention to the development of visual and applied arts, music, theater, cinematography, and the improvement of mass media. Accordingly, within the framework of the Culture Week, activities related to these areas of art should be organized in a meaningful and creative manner, and the results of the activities carried out in this area should be clearly reflected. The Poets' Poetry Evening should be of great importance in discovering new talents from within the country and in enriching Turkmen literature with excellent works. Because on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of Dana Pyragy, the construction of the monument of our classical poet and the cultural-park complex named after him at the foot of the beautiful mountain of Kopetdag inspires the inspiration of all the creative workers of the country, including our writers and poets.
