An industrial training center has begun operations in the city of Turkmenbashi in Turkmenistan’s Balkan province. The facility was established by the private enterprise Tehnologiýalar binasy.

The center is located at 36 G. Saparov St. and focuses on workforce training for the oil and gas, petrochemical, energy and chemical industries. Training programs are conducted in line with requirements of Turkmenistan’s Ministry of Education and international standards set by OPITO, IPSQA and ISO.

Specialist training is offered in the following areas:

1. response procedures in the event of a hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) gas release;
2. safe entry and work practices in confined spaces during oil and gas processing, production and construction;
3. first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
4. working at heights and emergency rescue operations in the oil and gas and construction sectors;
5. Level II non-destructive testing used in oil and gas processing, production and construction.

The center aims to strengthen industrial safety culture and improve practical skills in accordance with international standards. Its activities are intended to support professional development and contribute to the long-term growth of Turkmenistan’s oil and gas sector.
